Orientation


Orientation program and on-the-job training processes are implemented and monitored so that our employees who have just joined the Durak family get to know our company closely and learn business processes.

  • 2-to 7-day orientation programs are applied according to the position. At the end of the orientation program, the orientation process is evaluated by Human Resources.
  • At the end of orientation, on-the-job training is carried out in accordance with the position.
Recruitment


Durak Tekstil is a manufacturer of industrial sewing and embroidery thread, applying a customer-oriented solution using creative and investigative high technology.

Durak aims to increase its motivation by supporting the development of all its employees working in the fields of activity based on the philosophy of “human first” in line with its goals and strategies.

In the recruitment of personnel, the following processes are followed in order to realize the correct recruitment of manpower in accordance with the company's management policy and corporate culture, with high personal and professional qualifications:

Candidates eligible for the position are determined from the application pool. Preliminary interviews are conducted through a telephone interview with the designated candidates. Candidates whose preliminary interview is positively evaluated are invited to the factory for a detailed interview. Invited candidates are asked to fill out the Durak textile application form and all necessary tests are performed for the position. According to the characteristics of the position, a reference check is performed for candidates whose interview is positively evaluated. A salary offer is made by human resources and the relevant department in accordance with the salary policy determined by the company based on the position of the candidate whose interview is positive. If the candidate accepts the salary offer, the letter of acceptance for the job and the list of documents for recruitment are sent to him. The person starts work at the appointed date.

Internship


Vocational High School, Vocational School of Higher Education, Undergraduate students (interns whose insurance notification made by schools) can make compulsory internship applications by filling out The Internship Application Form on our site or by visiting to our company and filling out The Internship Application petition. After the internship applications are evaluated with the relevant department officials, the candidates are replied.
