Candidates who pass the preliminary interview are invited to the factory for a detailed interview.
Candidates are asked to complete the Durak Tekstil Job Application Form, and all necessary tests related to the position are administered.
Depending on the requirements of the position, reference checks are conducted for candidates who receive a positive evaluation.
Candidates approved by Human Resources and the relevant department are offered a salary in line with the company’s position-specific wage policy.
If the candidate accepts the offer, a job offer letter and a list of required documents are shared.
Employment begins on the agreed start date.
